Salary
Our salaries are regularly reviewed within the market to ensure that they are competitive and take into account the external marketplace and the skills and experiences of the individual. We also recognise that there are differences in pay rates in some parts of the UK and our salaries reflect these regional differences.
Bonus arrangement
The bank offers an individual uncapped bonus scheme.
Location allowance
For some locations we also pay a monthly large town allowance. This is non-pensionable and is dependent on location. If applicable, this will be quoted next to the salary for the role you are considering. Total salary - as quoted on the locations page - includes salary and large town allowance.
Holidays
25 days, plus public and Bank holidays. If you’re applying for a part-time position elsewhere this entitlement is pro rata.
Defined contribution pension scheme
Upon joining us, you may decide to join the HSBC's defined contribution pension scheme. Full details will be provided on request.
