We're looking for someone with excellent leadership, influencing and networking skills to manage the ins and outs of day-to-day branch operations. You'll be ensuring that targets are met while our customers continue to enjoy the high standards of service they have come to expect. This will involve leading, coaching and developing staff, managing the sales floor, and generating business from new and existing customers. Other key tasks will include evaluating customer feedback and translating this into improvements, as well as analysing management information to monitor performance and inform business decisions.
To succeed you will need a detailed technical knowledge of bank products, systems and processes, as well as a decisive and highly committed approach. Delegating and listening effectively in order to identify customers’ current and future needs will be essential, as will the ability to motivate others to deliver similarly exceptional service.
