We need somebody proactive and innovative to train and develop staff across our branches, so they can maximise use of HSBC systems, processes and products. Liaising with the Area Team, you'll stay abreast of new systems, and you'll keep Retail Branch Managers up-to-date with new joiners and systems training requirements. Sharing best practice, providing constructive feedback and writing staff development plans will all be important tasks. With the ability to develop imaginative training solutions, you will also deliver workshops to support national and area systems initiatives and changes.
