Premier Relationship Manager A Premier Relationship Manager’s (PRM) role will vary depending upon his or her skills and experience. Some will be trainees, initially supporting other PRMs whilst they gain experience to commence management of their own portfolio; others will be managing a portfolio of customers with straightforward needs; while the most experienced will be managing a portfolio of customers with complex needs.
However, the essence of every role is the same: to provide customers with expert financial guidance or to fast-track them to a specialist if the need arises.
The majority of PRMs are based in a branch near to their customers. This means they are available to meet their customers either in-branch, at a customer’s home or place of work.
