Customer Service and Sales Representatives

Could you provide a high-quality service to our customers and identify new sales opportunities? We're always looking for more people who enjoy selling and negotiating and who have treating customers fairly at the heart of their values.

There’s a strong practical element to the role – planning ahead, checking details and so on – but we're just as interested in your ability to build constructive customer relationships and generate further income for HSBC.

On a day to day basis you'll:

• be taking personal responsibility for resolving customer queries and deciding on the best course of action
• ensuring that we maximise cross-selling opportunities
• communicating clearly to colleagues in processing.
