Where do I fit in?

There are four main roles in our Customer Contact Centres:

Premier Customer Service Representatives are responsible for giving our customers additional support and real added value.

Commercial Associates 
are responsible for talking calls from our busiest commercial customers and successfully resolve any queries they might have. 

Customer Service and Sales Representatives who respond to inbound phone calls and deal with a variety of customer enquiries about both personal and business accounts.

Customer Sales Executives are responsible for completing sales of our award winning and industry leading products. They focus on sales of business products – such as small business loans, business cards and savings accounts.

The type of calls handled varies from centre to centre, but the skills you need are very similar wherever you work. As we take you through the recruitment process, we'll continuously assess your skills and abilities so we can offer you the role that's most suitable for you.

Regardless of the role you undertake initially, you'll have enviable career development opportunities. For example, you may join us as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, progress through Premier Customer Service and Commercial Associate levels, move into a coaching role or training, and then become a Team Leader. From there, perhaps you'll then change direction and could move on to be a Team Leader or a Branch Manager within our Retail Network. The choice is up to you.
