What happens next?

We aim to make the application process as simple as possible and, although the process may vary slightly from role to role, we aim to get you through it as quickly as possible. There are normally two stages.

At the first stage we ask you a series of initial questions (such as your eligibility to work in the UK and whether you hold appropriate qualifications for the role you have applied for). We will then conduct a longer interview with you which will ensure that you are suitable for the role. Our aim is to ensure that you will be happy and successful in the role you have applied for.

The next stage will involve a face-to-face interview together with some exercises which you will be assessed on. We will provide you with details of these assessments before the interview to ensure that you can prepare appropriately.

We know that applying for a job is a big decision and can be stressful. We aim to treat you like a ‘customer’ throughout this process. We will provide you with regular updates on how your application is progressing and will provide you with feedback in the event that you are unsuccessful.
