Customer Sales Executives

You'll build the trust of customers and take a proactive role in the selling process, ensuring that you meet the targets of the business, as well as your own personal goals. Relationships are at the heart of the job together with treating customers fairly, so we’ll need to see that you're personable, confident and able to understand our customers well enough to spot new opportunities as they arise.

On a day to day basis you'll:

make outbound telephone calls to customers in a confident manner in order to fulfill a number of different requirements

establish rapport with the customer in order to identify customer needs and respond to these

take ownership of issues and resolve them quickly for customers

tackle demanding goals enthusiastically and try to exceed expectations

continually develop your skills over time.
