Working right at the heart of the service you will respond to a variety of customer queries, taking an efficient and prompt approach to problem solving as you identify, investigate and resolve issues. You’ll have natural people skills and you will enjoy building solid relationships with customers, making their concerns your personal responsibility and ensuring that your response is tailor made to their needs. You’ll also enjoy the sales aspect of the role, recognising opportunities for cross sales and business referrals where appropriate, and monitoring requests and relationships on a regular basis.
You’ll have excellent IT and communication skills and a confident approach, with a good knowledge of customer service, business development and products and procedures. Capable of working on your own but with a team orientated attitude, you’ll naturally be keen to meet targets and improve customer service.
